Back in the 1990’s Jews started attacking Mormons. Ostensibly it was over the issue of “ceremonial baptism of the dead” but a more materialist cause might be the powerful networks that Mormons have formed in various institutions, networks that compete with Jewish networks.
Mormons have been specifically targets of the South Park cartoon, and a related Broadway musical called The Book Of Mormon. The Jewish hostility to Mormons might go back even further, to the play and film written by a homosexual Jew, Tony Kushner, Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes. As is typical, the Jewish character is the hero, the Catholic character is his side-kick, and the Mormon – a stand in for “flyover country Protestant goyim” – is the target, eventually “converted” by the Jew and freed of his oppressive religion. The Jewish rabbi, despite being orthodox, is actually a kind-hearted progressive who only cares that a Jew’s same-sex partner is Jewish, too. Homosexuality is fine, but marrying a goyim is intolerable. If it sounds kind of racist, well, trust them – it’s not racist when they do it.
I know – you can’t make it up.
Well, the Jewish media, with its LGBT team B, has found a new way to smear Mormons, to hold them up to mockery, by publicizing a ridiculous urban legend, based on a teenager’s joke on the social media video site Tik Tok. Not at all coincidentally, it is an attack on Christian sexual ethics, the standard sexual ethics that are actually foundational to Western culture, going back to the pre-Christian Stoics.
A new viral video reveals what Mormon teens are doing to get around the “no sex” rule: It’s penetration without “thrusting,” an act known as “soaking” and its hashtag has some 25.5 million tags on TikTok to date.
What’s more, in order for the couple to further benefit from soaking, a friend helps them out by bouncing on the bed next to them to get things moving, or “jump-humping.”
What is ‘soaking’? The Mormon teen sex act going viral
Mormons are white, Christian, and have a conservative culture. They also have a university, Brigham Young, that has a Mormon inspired honor code – which is what is so intolerable to the Left. Attacking Christian universities is common on the Left; Bob Jones University was demonized for decades because they forbade interracial dating.
Not surprisingly, they are recycling an old smear tactic they used on Evangelicals in the 1990’s. To keep their virginity, Christians instead engage in “anal sex” which they believe “doesn’t count.”
Of course, all of this is all just grade-A horseshit. It is exactly the sort of things that outsiders peering into a foreign culture would come up with.
I’ve heard that orthodox Jews can only have sex through a hole in a sheet, but it is nothing but a ridiculous old wive’s tale.
Someone should find a better term than “Cultural Marxism” for the 20th century sexual attacks on the proletarian family that came from Marxists using Freudian pseudo-science. Wilhelm Reich and the authors of the The Authoritarian Personality claimed that cultures who are monogamous and whose sexual ethics are west of the Hanjal Line are “high on the fascism scale” while sexual libertines have a “revolutionary” – i.e., Communist – personality, the phrase “revolutionary” switched for “democratic” when the American Jewish Committee published the book in the United States.
The Frankfurt School used Communist rhetoric when they were operating in the Communist Party of Germany. The Frankfurt School used Democratic rhetoric when they were operating in the Democratic Party of the United States. They had no problem stopping identifying as “Communists” and start identifying as “Democrats” – the rhetoric changed – even the language changed from German to English. But their Jewish ethnic agenda did not change, no matter under what label and with which language they used. Their major work, The Authoritarian Personality was not published by the Communist Party USA, it was published by the American Jewish Committee.
The Authoritarian Personality was not concerned with the economic plight of the proletariat, it was concerned with attacking “anti-semitism” in American goyim. The reason the American Right sticks to the term “Marxism” is because they are too cowardly to use the proper term, Jewish. Instead – like with race – they use dog-whistles. The previous generations were completely aware that the world-wide Communist movement was largely run by Jews; indeed, the fight between Anarchists and Communists in the First International, the Working Men’s Association, and related groups were often quite blunt: the Anarchists accused the Communists of being on the payroll of the Rothschilds for a reason – they could see, up close and personal, who the Communists actually were.
Instead of “cultural Marxism” it would be better labeled “cultural Judaism.”
The Democratic party, including its Left para-party, its communication arm, Hollywood, and academia, are engaged in grooming proletarian children, a part of their agenda to demolish the nuclear family.
The Evangelicals and related groups like Mormons, have a far more sophisticated understanding of human sexuality than they are ever given credit for. Consider the unfairly demonized Anita Bryant. She was mocked and ridiculed for statements like these:

But her predictions have come true, in spades. “Anti-discrimination” laws led, in less than two generations, to homosexual cross-dressers wrestling with pre-school children on the floors of the local libraries – “Drag Queen Story Hour.” Children are dancing in drag for dollar bills at gay bars, and the videos are posted to Youtube. Teenage girls are victims of the social contagion of “transmen” and are being pressured into taking puberty blockers and having their breasts surgically removed.
But Mormons are the weird ones, because they are told to not “go all the way” until they are married – so, quick, make up some smears about their sexuality! If they just claimed to be Buddhists engaging in sperm retention as part of a meditation exercise, no one would dare mock them.
The proof is in the pudding, as they say. Go to a tony Salt Lake City suburb, and you will see healthy, fecund families. Go to Brooklyn, and you will see infertile and unmarried males and females, with weirdly dyed hair, metal piercing their faces, tattoos, and a significant amount of cross-dressing.
Humans are animals. From a biological perspective, from a zoological perspective, an observer of these two communities would conclude that the Salt Lake population is healthy and thriving, and that the Brooklyn population is sick, and dying, perhaps from environmental contamination, or perhaps from a parasitic infection.
The Religious Right, and the John Birch society, absolutely understood that the proletarian nuclear family was being attacked. They knew that it was groups like the American Jewish Committee that were behind the attacks. What they misunderstood was that it didn’t matter if they were attacking as Communists or as Democrats, the agenda was an ethnic Jewish agenda.

It’s been a few years since I’ve seen a South Park episode, but I remember two episodes in which Mormons figured heavily. One was an episode concerning Satan, which made the assertion that the one true religion, and the only one to be a ticket into heaven, was Mormonism.
“Well, who was right? Who gets into heaven?”
Hell director: “I’m afraid it was the Mormons. Yes, the Mormons were the correct answer.”
The other was the episode lampooning the Joseph Smith story. At the end of the episode, however, they make a point that in spite of their goofiness, Mormons are kind, optimistic, generous, and virtuous.
Maybe goofy and virtuous is the best we can hope for.

Well, the Mormon thing is clearly just teens telling each other a raunchy joke.
I’ve read about “bundling” before, in an article refuting the common misconception that Puritans were anti-sex or had weird sexual hangups. According to your article, it was probably similar in pre-Christian Germany.
That is more or less how we were raised. One gal I knew said her mom told her, do what you want just don’t take your panties off so you don’t get pregnant. Another told me her mom said, “the door stays open and one foot stays on the floor.” Some were stricter than others, but no one was naive. As far as I know, this sort of thing is typical middle class American values – I read a similar thing in novel from the 60’s.
On the other hand, there are the Planned Parenthood mothers who simply put their daughters on the pill and encourage her to sleep around, have hook-ups, etc. Or, drive her to the abortion clinic once a year. It is these people who are the ones who attack those with some sexual restraint.
I’ve always found it utterly bizarre how Leftists simply have no clue about Christian culture. The churches I attended were hotbeds of sexuality, half the women were pregnant at any one time, and as teens, I mean, at 13, this one time at Christian camp …
Teenagers are teenagers, the idea that Christians or conservatives don’t understand sexuality is just another way to demonize them, and it is all just a part of trying to prevent proletarian family formation.

Alan Watts speculated that by demonizing sex as “dirty” or “satanic” Christians had actually made it more interesting, perhaps along the same lines as your observation that at some point in a relationship women want to be spanked.
The “anal isn’t real sex” bit I recall reading in the novel Trinity by Leon Uris back in the 70s; he has ignorant Catholic peasants doing this to evade pregnancy. Uris, of course, was a Jew — author of Exodus, no less. Of course, one also recalls Bill Clinton’s “BJ’s aren’t real sex” excuse as well. As always, They accuse you of what They are doing.
Speaking of which, you’re right to bring up the hole in the sheet (which was even mentioned on Ab Fab when Bo & Marshal convert to Hassidism to improve his chances in Hollywood — this was 25 years ago when you could say that on TV); Jews are famous for their “Rube Goldberg” work-arounds to get out of obeying ‘the spirit of the law’ such as timers, shabbos goyim, etc. I’m sure the Mormons have similar workarounds, so again this is Jews hating Mormons because, like Moslems, they’re just the same. Mormons take Protestant Jewish LARPing to extremes; polygamy, living in the desert, conquering the promised land, etc.
Jews are unique in having no spiritual dimension to their “religion”, just survival of the race. Later, Moslems and Mormons have an afterlife but have been criticized by Christians for their “materialistic” ideas of the afterlife: 76 virgins and rivers of wine for the Moslems, planets whereon to run plantations for the large families of immortal patriarchs, etc. The rule seems to be that the harsher the discipline, the more detailed and “materialistic” the afterlife; Christians dismiss The Law and so their Heaven is vague and boring (but Hell is very detailed: again, evil is sexy)
I heard a podcast last month on the origins of Mormonism — it’s not just Joseph Smith, he had a whole gang of con men and assassins to run the scheme; people think it’s weird when Sherlock Holmes battles a gang of Mormon hit men sent to London to rub out a heretic but it was absolutely true. Anyway, Robert Price, evangelical scholar turned atheist, pointed out that even if Joe Smith was a con man (and he was), the scheme he invented could — and Price admitted, it does — have a beneficial effect on folks. Smith may have accidentally designed a system that produces better results than, say, the “make up your own minds” upbringing that produced the Redditors.

I think “Christianity” is so broad, so old, and has transferred to so many cultures, and has so many variations, you probably can’t even make any real generalizations about it. The Alan Watts idea that Christianity made sex “dirty” or “satanic” – I just have never observed any such thing in the Christian culture I grew up with. But, who knows, by the time Scottish Presbyterianism made it to post-WWII middle class Virginia maybe it was more “American Scots-Irish” than “Christianity born in the Levant.”
On the other hand, I’d point out that the Christian sexual ethic has none of the Semetic ideas of the Judaism of the time period. The Dead Sea scrolls are full of obsessions with menustration and nocturnal emissions causing wars to be lost because of “impurity.”
The basic sexual ethics followed by Catholics, the Orthodox, and Protestants are straight out of the pre-Christian Roman Stoics, like the Musonius Rufus work I linked too. Couldn’t be any more different than late Temple-era Judaism.

Due to the British closing seminaries, the Irish sent priests to France, where the seminaries were Jansenist (crypto Calvinist) producing a unique Catholicism very different from the “laid back” sort of Italian or Spanish one.
Watts’ idea was that with the Enlightenment eliminating the mystical aspects of religion, modern Christians were either obsessed with regulating sex (“Living in sin” referred to only one kind of sin) or the social gospel; that’s the left/right split within both Catholics and Protestants: Catholics and Protestants come together either to regulate sex (abortion, etc.) or to compete to see who is more “woke”.
Paul is clearly under the influence of the Stoics. The Christians even forged letters from Paul to Seneca. Of course, they kept the Jewish idea of the “law-giver” God, so that the Stoic idea of “living in accord with nature” which was like our modern life coaches or recommendations to eat more organic food, was converted into “natural law” that had to be obeyed lest one be cast into hellfire. “Totally different head” as Spignolli from Fast Times would say.
Yeah, “Christianity” is almost meaningless, given its 2000 years of intermingling with every culture on Earth.

I still don’t get it why the LGBT issue has such strong grip on straight people everywhere, like take Joe Rogan for example, he always says “I’m a libertarian i support gay marriage”, I’ve heard him say this over a dozen of times, and i always wonder why, why would a straight man lead with GM? Not only is it odd, but the very fact that it’s even in his top 10 issues on his mind seems very very odd to me. You see this even locally here in my former socialist country, i know people who don’t speak to their parents over the GM issue, despite the fact that neither party knows a single homosexual in real life, and there probably isn’t one in a 10 miles radius, yet it’s a make or break issue!

I can answer this question. It is absolutely only because of the ever-presence of the “issue” in the media.
I remember not long ago reading a conservative going on about gay stuff, and I thought to myself, you know, I spent all day walking around town, interacting with various people, shopping, getting coffee, and I never noticed or saw anything “gay” at all. It just doesn’t enter into my daily life, except maybe occasionally you might see a barista or a cashier that seems a bit effeminate or butch.
But turn on the TV, read an online newspaper, a magazine, listen to a Democratic party politician? It’s all LGBT all the time. Read military news, every edition of every website has pictures of soldiers in high heels, LGBT flags, etc., etc. Every embassy, the rainbow flag. June is “Pride Month” and now I just found out September was “LGBT History month.”
And of course God help you if you have a daughter playing sports.
It’s far more than “just” gays and lesbians, it is basically a kind of weird religion – “Queer” is an integral part of “Woke.”
And there is a serious civil war between the “Gays and Lesbian TERFs” and the “Transgenders and Queers.”

The whole “gay” thing was created by the Left as another stick with which to poke the straight majority in the eye. Like AA or CRT or “latinx” it has nothing to do with the people it supposedly “supports”.
I guarantee if you look at diaries or letters of homosexual prior to say 1990 you won’t find a single one demanding to get married or wanting to adopt kids or claiming to be a woman in a man’s body.
I was around in the 70s and I can assure you the whole message from the Left such as the Village Voice was “Gay is great because you can have as much sex as you want and not have to get married or raise kids like stupid breeders.” AIDS put a stop to that, of course, and without blinking an eye the message became “You stupid breeders won’t let gays have the joys of marriage and raising children.” As always, the Left is only interested in gaining power, and will drop or change “principles” as needed.

The joke about Mormon weddings is that it isn’t the bride who is pregnant; it’s the bride’s mother. They seem to be a very fecund lot. I once had a youngish Mormon couple for neighbors, and they had ten healthy white children. The husband told me that the wife had told him before they married that her goal was to have ten children. And she delivered. It’s no wonder that they’re lampooned and vilified by those who want white people to be absorbed into the blob.
