People don’t seem to understand what “flatten the curve” means or what these lockdowns are supposedly for.
You WILL get Covid-19. Everyone will get it. That is how viruses work.
The entire point of the lockdowns and “flattening the curve” is so that lots of people don’t get sick all at once and crowd the hospitals.
That’s it. There is no way to prevent the virus from infecting everyone at some point.
Some people who get Covid-19 will die. Some people won’t even notice it. There’s really no way to know, and despite what the media is telling you, the medical establishment doesn’t really know how deadly it is, how fast it will evolve, nor even what the long-term health consequences are.
So understand that the entire destruction of the economy, throwing millions of people out of work and onto the streets – that is being done to simply slow down the infection and not “collapse the health care system.”
Public policy wise, there were a number of things that could have been done. They could have, for instance, ended all immigration in January to stop the virus from entering America in the first place. That may have prevented it from coming here for maybe another year.
Closing schools was probably a smart move – it probably was a good idea to quarantine the old and isolate the old folk’s homes too.
But banning people from buying seeds? Allowing certain businesses to open as usual while forcing other to shut down?
Those were political decisions. Do you believe that all these trade-offs were made in an objective fashion strictly in the interests of public health?
Remember – the massive trillion-dollar bailouts of Wall Street were happening since last year before the virus.
They are now flying drones over towns in New Jersey where a robot voice is yelling at people in public.
Is that necessary? It that in the interest of public health, or even just flattening the curve?
Or is that stuff they have wanted to do for a long time and are now doing it?
This is a coup; the virus may be a convenient excuse, but it’s a coup nevertheless.
Just look at who is making a fortune out of this and who is being bankrupted.
See who is being locked down, harassed in public, and those whose lives are barely affected.
What comes next? Who is in control of the techno-tyranny now?
What was the point of banning people from buying seeds? Keeping them dependent on super markets?

Yes, nearly everyone will get this virus and it will linger around for years as a typical member of the coronavirus family (I reapeat: typical NOT atypical…)
After the initial sweep through the defenseless population, it will be able to infect fewer and fewer people, those who some how missed the first wave, new borns, and those who lose immunity.
Those infected will either be asymptomatic, or develop a mild fever and cough. In rare cases < 0.1% of total cases, the old and frail or people with significant comorbidities could develop respiratory distress and possibly die.
Imagine a mortality graph with a tall & skinny bell curve near the origin, then it just bounces along close to zero for many years. That is THIS corona virus.
Now, if you are thinking to yourself "hey! Wait a minute! That is no different than any other corona virus, no different than the common cold!" You would be correct.
Many of what we call the common cold enter the population, sweep through, kill a few thousand folks and then disappear into the background but we never give them names or do anything in particular about them.
Because of politics, both within our civilization and between world powers, this one got a name and we did some novel things
#1 destroy the economy 27 million new unemployed as of the latest report and we are marching towards 30 million and beyond.
#2 we intubate people without attempting non-invasive ventilation such as CPAP, BIPAP and AVAPS because of a rumor that these "aerosolize" the virus and that is somehow bad – even though we do not follow this practice for any other virus. This rush to intubation is literally killing people who just have a bad cold.
#3 We are changing diagnostic practices and how we code deaths: not only are they calling people a corona death without a positive test, they are even calling people corona deaths with negative tests, relying on hunches "I KNOW he has corona!"
https://www.washingtonpost.com/science/2020/03/26/negative-coronavirus-test-result-doesnt-always-mean-you-arent-infected/
(Just one article, I'm not going to drown you with articles or speak to specifically about what I have personally witnessed…)
So where are we? The big fat ugly bubble economy has burst, but fear not they will inflate the stuffing out of it! (6 trillion in next quarter in 21 trillion economy… and they can and will go higher if needed).
If just 8.9% of the recent job losses are permanent that would mean a staggering 2 million permanent job losses en route to 3 million as we speak.
That's devastating. And the High Preists of Twitter know not what they do. The high echelons of government know not what they do – have any of them ever had to struggle or know what it means to live paycheck to paycheck?
We also have realignment within the movement; certain people must be tossed permanently into the bog: Spencer, Enoch, Johnson, Wallace. They cheered on this Panic, stood with the Enemy against their own people, and have been failures in general not just recently.
The winning movement cannot be anything other that pro-liberty or otherwise just won't gather enough adherents: Fascism, Hitler, Grand Empires: all into the bog.
The Brave New World is here and it is just getting started: next stop? The Abolition of Man.
To whet your appetite.

I didn’t understand the curve at first. But then, I’ll be honest, when this gay plague began I thought: this will likely be the most pitiful apocalypse my increasingly grumpy self survives.
Then, I suppose that’s what separates us from NPCs. I admit I don’t understand certain terminology and don’t feel compelled to either obsess or pretend.
I see my contemporaries flinging out specialised terminology they scarcely understand like bloody PEZ and I shrug and carry on.
Also. I wonder if seeds are a regional thing. I’m So. ME, no problem getting any. Though my family had seed from seasons past, anyway.
